Move-In Special Collection
A one-time service to collect flattened and stacked cardboard boxes is provided to new resident move-ins.
New residents must call Community Services at 214.509.4500 or submit online request form by noon on Friday to arrange a one-time cardboard collection for next-day (Saturday) pickup.
All cardboard moving boxes must be empty, flattened and stacked neatly in the area of regular trash pickup.
Wrapping paper (no bubble wrap or foam) from the boxes may be placed in a large cardboard container and collected during the same one-time service.
