Weeds and grass should never exceed 12 inches in height.

Property should be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.

Fences should be maintained, damaged wood should be replaced, and the fence should not lean more than 20 percent.

Storage is not permitted in front yards, carports or front porches. Materials should be screened from adjacent properties and streets.

All exterior surfaces of every structure should be maintained.

Address numbers should be posted and legible on the front of houses and in the rear in alleys.

Tree limbs and brush must be cut to less than 4 feet in length and tied in bundles of less than 40 pounds for pick-up.

Firewood and similar materials should be stored 6 inches off the ground and not adjacent to fences.

Vehicles must be maintained in a good state of repair.

No vehicles or trailers should be parked in the front yard. No recreational vehicles, motor homes, commercial vehicles, or vehicles exceeding 1.5 tons can park on a public street or alley.

Signs are prohibited in the street right-of-way.
